Starting the week of 2 June 2025, we’re launching an exciting range of 10-week beginner courses for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re looking for boxing, kickboxing, fitness or fun, we’ve got the right class for you.
🥋 Kids Beginners Kickboxing (Ages 4–13)
Kickstart your child’s fitness journey with our Kids Beginners Kickboxing course. This fun, high-energy program introduces children to striking basics, coordination and discipline through safe and supportive instruction. Ideal for beginners aged 4 to 13.

🥊 Kids Beginners Boxing (Ages 4–13)
This 10-week course teaches kids the fundamentals of boxing—stance, footwork, combinations and defense—while building confidence and encouraging fitness in a positive environment.

🥋 Teens & Adults Beginners Kickboxing
Looking to challenge yourself or try something new? Our Beginners Kickboxing Course for teens and adults is the ideal introduction to K1-style kickboxing. Learn proper stance, strikes, footwork and self-defense while improving fitness and coordination.

🏋️♀️ Ladies Only Boot Camp
Feel strong, fit, and confident this summer with our Ladies Only Boot Camp. These motivating group fitness sessions are open to all fitness levels and include full-body conditioning, cardio and strength training. Sessions run Wednesday evenings, Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings.

This one’s for the dads! The Dad Bod Boot Camp is a fun, supportive fitness program built to help you burn fat, increase strength and feel more energetic. Held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM, it’s all about steady, realistic transformation with no judgment.
