Next Grading – Sunday 4th March 2012

The next grading at Lincoln KBA for adult and junior member is Sunday 4 March 2012.  Those wanting to grade must attend a minimum of 2 sessions a week from now until 4 March otherwise you will not have collected enough points to grade.

Those wanting to grade will be assessed under the scrutiny of the strict coaching team at the gym and only those showing enough progress will be allowed to grade.

Get training hard now guys, syllabus classes are now taking place at the gym.
