Final Kids Kickboxing Course of 2022 starts 10 October at the Lincoln Fight Factory

The third Kids Beginners Kickboxing Course of 2022 is into the final 3 weeks of training and this talented group are now working towards their gradings, so now is the time to book your child on to the next group to take up the challenge and join the ever growing and ever improving Kids Kickboxing Course.

The Lincoln Fight Factory has had a very successful history of producing World Champion fighters and and helping turn peoples lives around for the better.

The gym has a family friendly environment and a very good work ethic in order to give junior students the very best tutoring that we can and this will be no different with the our second edition of the children’s beginners kickboxing course which starts at 5:45pm on Monday 10 October and will run every Monday and Thursday at 5pm and Saturday mornings at 10am until 17 December 2022.

The classes will be structured to work on the basic fundamentals of kickboxing including footwork, kicking, kneeing, punching and defensive techniques on the pads and with partner as well as the discipline, respect and team work your child will need in everyday life.

We take children from 4 years old and all of our coaches are fully insured and DBS checked.

We will be making some slight changes to the courses now to cope with demand and splitting the course into to options: option 1 is a a beginners technical course, which includes grading for your first belt and option 2 is a beginners sparring course.

WHAT THE TECHNICAL COURSE COVERS

Basic stance and footwork
Shadow boxing and punch sharpness
How to throw basic punches and kicks to head and body
How to defend and how to counter from your defence
How to hold and hit pads
The fitness required to be a kickboxer
Head movement (slipping and rolling)
Range finding
and much, much more

Due to the popularity of this course, we are now capping numbers to 30 children and making it a pre-book and pre-paid course, so book now to avoid disappointment.

The course is priced at just £60 and each of the students will be given a licence and grade for their first belts and once the course is finished will be given the opportunity to mix in with the regular classes at the gym.
