In an age where sedentary lifestyles and screen time dominate, it’s crucial to introduce kids to the joy of staying active. The course is structured to provide a holistic approach to fitness through engaging, non-contact activities.

The course covers all the essential cardio training needed to develop the physical attributes of a boxer. However, please note that this is a non-contact course, emphasising bag circuits, floor exercises, and fitness-based drills on pads. Safety is our top priority, and this format ensures that your child gets all the benefits of boxing without the physical contact.

Why Kids Box Fit?

  1. Physical Fitness: The course is carefully designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility. Through bag circuits and drills, your child will develop motor skills and coordination in a playful and energetic environment.

  3. Confidence Building: As your child progresses through the course, they will gain a sense of accomplishment and increased self-esteem. Boxing fosters a positive attitude, resilience, and a never-give-up mindset.
  4. Non-Contact for Safety: We understand that safety is a priority for parents. Our non-contact format ensures that your child reaps the benefits of boxing without the risk of physical harm, making it suitable for all skill levels.
