What is a Kickboxing Grading?

A kickboxing grading is an assessment of your skills and progress in kickboxing. It is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your technique, power, agility, and overall ability in a controlled environment. Grading allows you to advance through different belts, indicating your level of proficiency and mastery in the sport. It provides a structured path for improvement and recognition of your hard work and dedication.

At the Lincoln Fight Factory, we take pride in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. Our experienced instructors will be present to evaluate your performance during the grading and provide valuable feedback to help you grow as a kickboxer.

For any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak to Shawn at the gym. To ensure your participation in the grading, kindly register beforehand.
