Roberts vs Phillips for World title on VIP show at The Takeover

The sold out VIP evening show at The Takeover at Deans Sports and Leisure Centre at Lincoln College has some of the biggest names in the UK K1 scene on the card, so now is the time for us to talk about those fights to wet the appetites of those who were lucky enough to secure a ticket for the event.

Not only will guests have the opportunity to have a meet and greet with the legendary boxer Frank Bruno and see UK rapper Tinchy Stryder performing a set, they will also get to witness Keegan Roberts attempt to be the youngest World Champion trained out of the Lincoln Fight Factory.

Keegan has built a great reputation over the years as being one of the most skillful young K1 fighters on the circuit, racking up 2 European titles and countless British titles as he built up a very good 19-2 record in K1 rules kickboxing.

2017 was a great year for Keegan in the ring as he beat notable names such as Luke Oades (7-0). Remy Sayer (75-9-3) and Kyle Chester (18-1), winning British and European titles in several weight divisions.

Keegan has really stepped up his training in 2018 and has vowed to take the biggest names in the sport to stake his place at number 1 in his weight division, something at the gym we truly believe he is.

The Feud Promotions team but the word out across the globe to call out the very best -50kg K1 fighter there was at 14-16 years old with very little response, that was before we were approached by the world famous Semtex Gym with the offer of Sid Phillips.

After a few phone calls with a few coaches we were told that Sid was the real deal and would make a great match up for Keegan.  Boasting a K1 record of 18 wins and 2 losses and such honors as WKTA Intercontinental and  5 Nations, the WKU English, WKA & IKF Southern Area and MASSIF Southern Area titles to his name it certainly looks we have found our man for the job.

Again this is a great bout to have on the first Feud Promotions event and this brand is only going to go from strength to strength.

As stated before to VIP show is now sold out but don’t worry, tickets are still available for our under card and can be purchased from the Lincoln Fight Factory or by clicking this link.
