After the huge success of our Ladies Only Fitness Boot Camp of 2018 we are now advertising for the first course of 2019 for ladies who are looking to kick their new year off with a bang and drop those extra pounds that we all gain over the Christmas period. If this sounds like you, sign up and to get involved in a gym environment with other females all searching the same end goal.
At the Lincoln Fight Factory our coaches are constantly looking at ways to improve the gym and bring in new members to the club that wouldn’t usually feel comfortable in a commercial gym environment.
We currently have a great bunch of ladies of all ages and fitness abilities on the current course and can’t wait to meet new females that are looking to sign up for the next 10 week programme that will cover a full syllabus to get you in the best possible shape and keep you fitter and more confident than you ever thought was possible.
The course will have individual sessions looking at such things as strength work, stamina training, toning, flexibility work and much, much more.
The 10 week ladies only boot camp will run every Tuesday at 7:30pm and Friday at 6:30pm and you will also have the option to join in the the very popular mixed circuit training session on a Saturday morning at 8am.
As well as these 3 great classes you will also have access to our fitness facility for the whole duration of the 10 week course where you will be able to use our wide range of machinery and at your leisure.
The course will start on Tuesday 8 January and the final session available to you will be Saturday 16 March 2019 and will be priced at just £50 and is limited to 50 enthusiastic ladies looking to make serious fitness changes to their life.
The sessions are also available and included in the price to those who pay the £35 monthly fee.
