Starting on Tuesday, 24 September 2024, our 10-week program is designed to help men of all ages and fitness levels get in shape and feel their best — just in time for Christmas.
Who is This Boot Camp For?
Despite the name, our Dad Bod Boot Camp is not just for dads. It’s for any man looking to make a positive change in his life. Whether you’re aiming to improve your physical fitness, manage stress, tackle mental health challenges, or simply make new friends, our program welcomes you. We understand that stepping into a gym can be daunting, especially if you feel unfit or out of place. That’s why we’ve created a welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable and supported from day one.
What to Expect from the Boot Camp?
The Dad Bod Boot Camp offers three sessions per week, including two targeted boot camp workouts and one mixed circuit training session:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM: Our dedicated boot camp sessions are structured to help you achieve a full-body workout. These sessions make use of the gym’s extensive range of equipment, including weight machines, free weights, battle ropes, kettlebells, punch bags, boxing gloves, and focus pads. You can expect a varied workout each time, targeting different muscle groups and fitness goals. Whether you’re new to fitness or have some experience, our trainers will guide you through exercises that build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
- Saturdays at 9:00 AM: The mixed circuit training session will combine cardio and strength training in a dynamic, high-energy environment. This class is perfect for those who want to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and build muscle. Circuit training is a fantastic way to keep your workouts interesting and effective, with exercises tailored to meet your individual fitness level.
What Makes This Boot Camp Special?
At the Lincoln Fight Factory, you’ll be training with a fantastic group of men who all share similar goals: to get in better shape, improve their mental well-being, and form meaningful connections. Our sessions are not just about physical exercise; they are about creating a supportive environment where every participant feels encouraged and motivated. You will be surrounded by others who understand the challenges of getting started on a fitness journey and who will cheer you on every step of the way.
Why Is Now the Right Time?
As summer comes to an end and the winter approaches, many men start to think about getting in shape, but the benefits go far beyond looking good at the works Christmas Party. Regular exercise is proven to reduce stress, alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, and boost overall mental health. Training with like-minded men provides a sense of camaraderie that is often lacking in traditional gyms. You’ll find that the bonds you form with others in the Boot Camp will be just as valuable as the physical gains you make.
Pricing and Additional Benefits
The entire 10-week course costs just £60, which includes all the sessions outlined above and unlimited access to the commercial gym during the Boot Camp. That means you can work out at your convenience, allowing you to fit exercise around your schedule. This incredible value makes the Dad Bod Boot Camp an accessible way to kickstart your fitness journey.
