3 spaces left on first Beginners Kickboxing course of 2017

The first 6 week beginners kickboxing course of 2017 started Monday 2 January at 8pm at the Lincoln Fight Factory and had proven to be very popular with 12 kickboxing enthusiasts signing up in hope of becoming a future star at the gym.  We have 3 spaces left before every single slot is taken so please get in touch asap to book your place. 

The Lincoln Fight Factory has had a very successful history of producing World Champion fighters and and helping turn peoples lives around for the better.

The gym has a family friendly environment and a very good work ethic in order to give students the very best tutoring that we can and this will be no different with the next edition of our beginners kickboxing course which started at 8pm on Monday 2 January 2017 and will run every Monday (8pm) and Thursday (7pm) until 16 February 2017.

The first session the new comers worked on basic boxing and kicking combinations on the pads, whilst in Thursday’s session spent more time on blocking and countering kicks before working on their own explosive kicks on the kick shields with a partner to finish off.

The 6 week course in priced at just £35 and all those that pass the first course will then be offered the opportunity to move on the intermediate course and also mix in with the regular classes at the gym.
