Lincoln Fight Factory team up with GUN-eX

Okay, so we at the Lincoln Fight Factory have tried just about every type of workout method or circuit out there. The GUN-eX Cobra kit is nothing like anything we’ve tried before, it allows unlimited variations of movement, which means the possibilities are pretty much endless, we even attached it to the top of our sledge hammer for hitting tractor tyres…….hardcore!!

Having personally done my first full body workout using the GUN-eX, I have to say that I am very impressed, I had devised a circuit which involved shadow boxing, lunges, rowing, pressing, running, kicking, all of which used the GUN-eX and its many accessories, I had an audience of students who were intrigued as to what I was doing, all itching for a go on the GUN-eX, we now have a bit of a competition going, to see who at the gym can run/crawl the furthest with 2 of the ropes attached to a harness, which of course brings alot of fun into their training.

2 days later I am now feeling sore around major muscle groups (in a good way of course), so it seems the hard work I put in on the training definitely paid off, I also think one of the main benefits is that this type of training requires focus, you can’t just relax and go on autopilot.

The quality of the product is fantastic, all of the materials appear to be military/climbing grade and the video and printed instructions are top notch.

If you are looking for a total body workout that is as much fun as you can have exercising, you need the GUN-eX these in your gym!
