This course will run until Saturday, 22 March 2025, offering K1 Rules Kickboxing classes on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Your course fee covers a Kickboxing Licence, which is essential for practicing the sport, and your child’s belt grading. A grading session evaluates progress and awards a belt to represent your child’s level of skill and commitment. This recognition keeps students motivated and eager to advance!

What is K1 Rules Kickboxing?

K1 Rules Kickboxing combines punches, kicks, and knee strikes in a controlled, safe environment. Unlike traditional martial arts, K1 focuses on real-world self-defence and competitive sportsmanship. It’s fast, fun, and perfect for kids ready to learn a powerful, structured combat sport while having a blast.
