Boot Camp starting at Lincoln Fight Factory

A 2 week morning Boot Camp (Monday-Friday) will start on the 30th January 2012 at the Lincoln Fight Factory.

It will start at 5:30am for an hour of intense fitness work to get the Fight Team in tip top condition for the next show we are promoting on 12 February.

It is important that those fighting on the show attend the classes as you all have a bit of weight to drop (some more than others).  It is also open to other gym members wanting to be put through their paces.

Please give your names and a £10 deposit to Shawn at the next class to book your place.  Anyone who signs up and misses a single class will lose their deposits.
