The weight is over in Derry

The weigh in and press conference are now over for Aaron ahead of his ISKA World Title fight in Derry, Northern Ireland against Aidan ‘Lights Out’ Lafferty from PT’s Gym in Letterkenny.

Aaron weighed in at 68kg and Lafferty was on the 69.5kg limit.  Both men seemed confident at the press conference, with Lafferty claiming he will be switching Aaron’s lights off, Aaron joking that due to the height difference Aidan wouldn’t be able to just flick the switch, he would need to take the bulb out.

Aaron wasn’t prepared to make a prediction when asked whether he would win with another 2nd round stoppage or points, he just stated that he will win one way or the other.

The show in Derry is promoted by Paddy Toland and features 3 professional world title fights and an amateur Irish title fight.

The main event sees PT’s Daniel ‘Pinta’ Quigley fighting Spain’s Jose de la llera for the ISKA Super Heavyweight World Title.

Please take time to wish Aaron luck and keep checking www.lincolnkba.co.uk for results as they happen.
