Gym closed today!

Just a quick message to remind you all that the gym will be closed on today so please do not come and stay home and enjoy your Bank Holiday with your friends and family.

Just a gentle reminder to those that already know and a heads up to those that missed sessions this week that the gym will be shut today as many of our members said they wouldn’t be coming due to family commitments over there Bank Holiday so we are giving our coaches as well earned rest.

We can only apologise to our members for any inconvenience caused but will be back open as normal tomorrow.
