What is a Kickboxing Grading?

A kickboxing grading is your chance to showcase your skills and progress in the sport. It’s an assessment of your technique, power, agility, and overall ability in a controlled environment. The grading system allows you to climb through different belts, reflecting your proficiency and mastery in kickboxing. It’s a structured path for improvement and recognition of your hard work and dedication.

At the Lincoln Fight Factory, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. Our experienced instructors will be there to evaluate your performance during the grading, offering valuable feedback to help you grow as a kickboxer.
