Just a reminder to the parents who’s children train at the Kids Kickboxing classes on a Thursday and Friday.
The kids kickboxing classes at 5pm on a Thursday and Friday will for this week only be moving to 5:45pm due to members of the coaching team being on holiday.
All other classes will run at the usual times
