Shawn Burton signs up for Super Fight Series

Lincoln Fight Factory owner, Shawn Burton has signed to fight on the Super Fight Series brand, the first tournament that he will feature in is on the 23rd February in Luton, England.

The SFS format is a number of 4 man tournaments, fought over 3×3 minute rounds, featuring the best fighters from around the world and we are delighted to say that Shawn has been picked to fight in the prestige promotion.

Shawn will move back down to his more comfortable 63.5kg division, the weight he fought at in his very first fight 11 years ago.

This is one of the strongest weight divisions in the world for full contact, so who could Shawn meet?  Old foes Gary Hamilton (N. Ireland), Bobby Campbell (America), Steven Cook (England), Bertrand Fleuret (France), Diego Bianco (Italy) or maybe he will face new opposition with the likes of Milton Gallaretta (Norway), Fabrice Basquaise (France), Ivan ‘El Terrible’ Alvarez (Argentia) or Boris Nezle (Australia) to name a few.

SUPER FIGHT SERIES sole purpose is to bring excitement to the fight community and public with fights that they demand in a new exciting fashion and format…no expense sparred – welcome to the NEW ERA!
The SUPER FIGHT SERIES Team is happy to announce that the 4-MAN Draws will be conducted in the following manner:

1. Five Golf Balls

2. One covered Bucket

2. Four Balls numbered 1-4

3. One Ball will be BLACK and it’s purpose will be like a JOKER CARD – 1st Draw/Choice – who will be the LUCKY ONE to draw the JOKER

The Draw will be filmed at a date and Venue SFS agrees with at least 3 of the 4 Fighters and you will be able to watch the draw LIVE on our Website www.superfightseries.com  (this site will be live soon).

Once the DRAW is completed interviews will follow where fighters and coaches will be able to make statements and possible predictions if any!

This will bring the 4-MAN to another level and will try to involve all from supporters to fighters in predictions; come the day the Fighters under the NEW SFS Format will perform accordingly in NON STOP ACTION and give the audience what they they look for – ACTION!!!

It has to be made clear that ALL fighters have to come to WIN the BIG PRIZE and then further qualify for the SUPER CHAMPION BELT
