With 3 weeks to go, we will be looking to give the students a taste of what fitness levels are needed to become a successful Kickboxer and some technical sparring drills with their partners in order to give them an idea of what they can expect if they decide to continue with their level 2 course that beginners on Monday 20 February 2017 at 8pm.
